Can you move single heavy items, or only full sites?
Either. Single piece-moves of plant are common — a CNC machine being relocated within an estate, a lathe to a new workshop, a printing press to a different unit. We quote on what is moving, not on a minimum job size.
Do you handle hazardous goods?
We handle non-regulated industrial stock as standard. ADR-classified hazardous materials require specialist carriers; we will tell you straight away if your move is outside what we can take on.
Can you work around live production?
Yes — phased moves are common. We typically move non-critical plant and stock first, stage the relocation of production lines over evenings or weekends, and minimise the period where output is interrupted.
Are you covered for high-value plant?
Standard goods in transit cover is £10,000. For individual items above that we arrange specific cover to the value of the item, evidenced before the move.
Do you provide a method statement and RAMS?
Yes. Standard for any industrial move. We write the method statement and risk assessment specifically for the job, share with your H&S team in advance, and carry copies on the day.
